Submission Categories for Posters
We are accepting posters in the following categories, and the research does not need to be completed. In-production research is welcome.

Original Research Poster: Research that contributes new knowledge or data to Emergency Medicine (EM).

Abstract: 500 words (required even for in-production research).

Figures/Tables: Maximum of 5.

Brief Research Poster: Shorter, in-production research reports.
-
Abstract: 500 words.
-
Figures/Tables: Maximum of 5.

Case Report Poster: Posters describing rare or unique clinical conditions.

Abstract: 500 words.
-
Figures/Tables: Maximum of 5 (high-quality images encouraged).

Case Series Poster: Multiple cases providing insights into diagnoses, treatments, or outcomes.

Abstract: 500 words.

Figures/Tables: Maximum of 5.

Line Numbering: Continuous line numbering along the left margin.

Font: 12-point Times New Roman, double-spaced.

Word Count: Provide word count at the end of the document.
Figures and Tables: High-quality images (minimum 300 DPI), clearly labeled. Figures must include a descriptive legend below each image, and tables should have a heading above.
